Village Days in Northern Hungary

On May the 26th and 27th we went up to Northern Hungary, on the boarder of Slovakia, to help host Village/Children’s day activities in three of the villages up there. It was hot , and we all came back with a little color. The villages were quaint , the people very friendly, surrounded by nothing but rolling hills.  You felt like you were thrown into a time machine or a  historical fantasy novel.

In each of the three villages we hosted a small soccer match with the local junior team and the Inter Campus Hungary team. In this Village they only may tree branches for the goals, but everyone still had a great time and it was one of the funnest matches of the weekend.

This little girl was one of my favorites , she said her hobby was dancing and when the gypsy band got up to play she quickly got up and started to bust her moves.   Little Girl Dancing Click on the link to watch
